ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Aitzarelys Negron is a certified public accountant, financial coach, and entrepreneur based in Miami, Florida. As a first-generation American with Puerto Rican roots, she learned resilience and determination from her immigrant parents.
Despite limited early financial education, Aitzarelys developed a keen understanding of money management. With over eight years of experience in accounting and personal experience overcoming financial challenges, she brings both professional expertise and empathy to her work.
Aitzarelys helps clients navigate financial obstacles, drawing on her own journey of transforming money anxiety and debt into financial freedom. She offers compassionate guidance and empowering strategies, inviting others to trust her as they work towards their financial goals.
I come from the city of Stamford, Connecticut, and I stand before you as a proud first-generation American. The roots of my heritage trace back to Puerto Rico, as my parents, filled with hope and ambition, migrated to the United States and worked tirelessly to provide for their children. Those early experiences instilled in me the essence of resilience and the unyielding determination to overcome life’s obstacles.
It is important to acknowledge that, like many, I too navigated a path filled with financial uncertainties. While I didn’t receive extensive financial education or learn about the importance of saving during my upbringing, I understood from a young age that managing money was crucial for survival. However, it was my own personal journey that shaped my approach to helping others.
"The most important thing to remember is that life begins to change when you shift your money mindset from walking in scarcity to walking in faith and abundance"

PERSONAL
Being a bridge between cultures and promoting financial education has been a driving force behind my journey towards becoming a proficient money manager and advocate. Through my platform, I’ve had the privilege to serve as a keynote speaker, contribute to panel discussions, and organize impactful programs aimed at empowering underrepresented groups to reach their fullest potential. For me, this endeavor goes beyond enhancing professional environments; it’s about sharing the knowledge I’ve acquired and giving back to my communities in a meaningful way.
"I was feeling very lost and overwhelmed by the expenses out here in California. Thanks to her I've learned so much about financial literacy and have created two high-yield savings accounts to better enhance my savings for the future."

CCC- SLPTHROUGH THIS PROCESS WHAT I HAVE FOUND IS:
- From enduring hardships, we learn the virtue of TENACITY—the unwavering commitment to never give up and go to great lengths to achieve our goals.
- With EDUCATION comes the ability to conquer anything. Immerse yourself in books, seek answers to your questions, and generously share the wisdom you acquire.
- ACCOUNTABILITY rests solely within us, empowering us to take charge of our actions and responsibilities, rather than relying on others.
